Return & Exchange Policy

Easy, Free Returns

At Innsol, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return shipping label.

  3. Securely pack your items and drop them off at any USPS location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product or color, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost once your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards: Gift Cards are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return for a refund or merchandise credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
