At Innsol, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in California.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the Continental United States.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the Continental U.S. only. Orders outside this region (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) are not eligible for free shipping.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, unexpected delays (such as severe weather, postal disruptions, or high-volume seasons) may occur. Innsol is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
