Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States from California. International shipping is not currently offered.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70 USD or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping, delivered to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.

This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses. For orders that do not qualify, available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Paid shipping upgrades are not included in the free standard shipping offer.

Processing and Delivery

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend and holiday orders enter processing on the next business day.

Orders ship via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. Delivery dates are estimates; weather, carrier disruptions, and peak periods may cause delays.

Tracking and Delivery Support

We will email your tracking information when your order ships.

Please check your address before placing your order. If you need an address correction, or your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, email hello@innsoleyewear.com with your order number so we can help review the issue. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
